CPZ

A six axis CNC-controlled machine (maximum 4 simultaneous axis) which provides depth control of the Z axis, through M Codes, for bottom grinding, taper grinding, and wipe grinding with a formed wheel. The W axis cannot be interpolated with any other axis.

CPZ-E

A six-axis CNC-controlled machine, (maximum 4 simultaneous axis) with a fully-programmable Z axis with a compensated positioning accuracy of 3.0 µm Pa. The CPZ-E incorporates all of the standard features of the CPZ model in addition to providing the ability to interpolate the Z axis with X and Y. The W axis cannot be interpolated with any other axis.

CPWZ

A six-axis CNC-controlled machine, (maximum 4 simultaneous axis), with a fully programmable W axis, which permits the generation of 3-dimensional forms in addition to the traditional cycles including bottom grinding, taper grinding, and wipe grinding.

Rotary Tables

1440 Table

Moore Tool manufactures a complete line of high precision, CNC positioning and contouring rotary tables from 12 inches (305 mm) to 96 inches (2.4 m) in diameter. We also offer service and remanufacturing services on tables that we have built.

Moore Tool Rotary Tables Full remanufacturing services available.

Moore 1440 Precision IndexThe Moore 1440 Precision Index is a serrated-tooth circle divider of highest accuracy using two face gears of identical shape and pitch. During operation, the table is displaced axially to disengage the teeth and radially to the desired angle. The instrument is guaranteed to be accurate to within ±0.1 second of arc at any of the 1440 indexed positions
